Payment terms on Website design, management & hosting services requires payment of charges prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed. Website Design is invoiced based on the size and complexity of the website required, e.g. a basic starter website is £400. Website Hosting and Management services are charged annually in advance.
Invoices issued on the first business day of the month. Payment should be made electronically (e.g. BACS) within 7 business days of an invoice being issued.
Standard business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. Support required outside of these times, or urgent work, may incur a premium hourly rate.
Agreement to comply with and be bound by the Payment terms above, along with our standard service terms & conditions, is deemed to occur upon agreeing the provision of one or more services.
